Update about the Shanghai trip which was almost one month ago, hahaha.

Day1:

Took the midnight 2am flight from Singapore to Shanghai, so everyone except me were tired because they have to rush home from work and go to the airport straight away after a quick shower and dinner. Dad, mum and me took a cab while AhBuNehNeh sent my bra and my bra's gf. While in the plane, my nose was damn cold, as in keep have to breathe in very cold air and the feeling was omg. While in the plane, my watch died on me!!! So throughout the whole journey, I was wearing a dead watch. Tried to look out for nice watches there but cant find any :(

Reached Shanghai airport at around 6,7 am. Tour guide had a boring face but he turned out to be super ultra funny, auntie(bra's gf, not my mum!) and me see his face already we can laugh very long. His name is xiao mao, my bra gave him nicknames like mao mao. Bought a 2 dollars can of milk tea from the vending machine cos I was dying to taste Shanghai's milk tea. Thought its the market price but turned out that, its way higher than their market price. One bottle of their milk tea costs only 80cents! Cb so cheap right, wanted to buy a box back but bra said Im crazy... Took this ultra fast train, max speed of 431km/hour, lasted for like 2mins. Can't really see anything cos the train's moving so freaking fast but the funny thing is at around 2 min after departure, there'll be another train from the opposite direction passing by us. And IT IS SO FREAKING FAST THAT THE IMPACT IS "POMB". Very loud so I screamed a little, hahahaha.

First stop was Wu Zhen, this village whereby all their houses are built on the river, very old houses but I like the feeling! Sat on a small boat, I thought it was going to sink cos it kept going left, right, left, right. Bought some mai ya tang which was very niceeee. Ehhh I brought it back it Singapore but the whole thing was very wet and sticky, so had to throw it away, mannnnnn. Had our first lunch there, very 'chinese' style, one whole bowl of rice on the table, and loads of vegetables. Drinks wise, its either 7up or beer.

Then to another place to take pictures! And the bridge where chuan shou zhong 'liang shan bo yu zhu ying tai' were pacing here and there, ahahah smth like that. And we saw BLACK COLOUR CORN!! Scary hurrr. Then the touring around the park was boring. Mum and I were like "siannnnnn".

Evening time, proceeded to Song Cheng for a ultimate cool show. Initially I thought it will be very old-fashion that kinda kind of shows, like those operas, but turned out to be very funny, expressive. Both the sound and visual effects were so good that I got shocked a few times when unexpected things came down. Like the arrows shooting down from the ceiling, suddenly water flow from the ceiling then 10secs later, change scenerio and there's not even a drop of water on the floor. We were sitting quite infront so the effects were damn good. Eh I regretted not taking photo with the emperor and empress, Mr. Da Fan Shu & his wife took photo and even had a complimentary DVD, arghhhhhhhhh.

Had dinner and back to hotel at around 8! The hotel's like you need to go uphill for 5mins to reach there. Plus there's no nearby provision shops, so quite a boring early night.. The bed was very hard but auntie said she like it, hahaha. So I told her next time when she marry my bra she can just sleep on the floor. So turned in around 10 after watching teevee and playing Sudoku!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day2:

Morning call from my dad at 615! Ohya, ytd night we felt quite uneasy about our hotel. It looks really bad on the appearance and the lobby was almost aircon-less. When we woke up in the morning and went to explore the place, we saw many auntie uncles like climbing up the uphill, only to realise that place is quite near to a temple and maybe tombstones. But anyway its only a one night stay so doesnt matter. Mum was very very happy cause she bought an umbrella. Then I'm happy cause I bought tidbits! Like finally, some crap stuffs. Breakfast was crap, the nicest dish is the sunshine egg. Hahahah we were like eating vegetarian breakfast.

First stop was Hang Zhou, this place where they sell tea leaves. We were like totally being psychoed by them. Dad bought 600 worth of tea leaves, hahaha auntie and me were like o.O sure a not! Anyway the tea leaves taste bitter, I prefer buying 600 worth of chocolates or maybe double cheese. So from that day onwards, bra and auntie keep saying my dad was being 'xia jiang tou' hahahaha. Cause whatever the salesperson said, my dad will be like "hmm wanna buy or not". Below are the photos taken when we're at the tea leaves place, the scenery is wooooohooooo.

Woooooo I LIKE LOVE THIS FAMILY PHOTO!

Lunch was at @ 'Grandma's House'. Food was good! Bought KFC to munch on the bus, mummy and daddy went opposite to get me milktea!!! Aiseh, sweet notzx you tell me! After lunch, four and a half bus journey to Nan Jing. I love the bus journey but when we're trying to sleep, the bus jerked alot of times. Maybe it only happens to the back but we feel like we're jumping out of our seats.

Went to this place with very tall walls and ultra duper nice sky view. I think we saw abit of sunset. Took a group photo there but I think we lost it, hahahaha. Bra and I took quite alot of funny retarded photos. After the big tall wall, we headed for dinner and its shopping time!!!!!! Not very fruitful, dad's face almost turned black cause we shopped damn slowly... Shopping time was less than 2 hours, then back to hotel. Enjoy the photos!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day3:

Nice scenery (again!) and I think the picture whereby my bra and I did what Mr.Mao's doing is very funny. I suck at imitating people, I'm like doing a zhao cai mao action, hahaha. (Click to enlarge) The photo after the Mr.Mao's photo is drawn by this talented guy. Wow right? Then visited places where they sell pearl powder, I wanted to buy, but I didn't. All the ladies were busying getting themselves pearl accessories. This young lady from my group got a pair of earrings. So I was like asking her "why you buy earrings? necklace more obvious and cheaper ma", and she replied: "earrings got two pearls ma, more worth it". Hahahahahahha omg she is freaking funny.

Ohya the madness highlight of the Shanghai trip would be the massage! I hate it I hate it I hate it. It is so freaking itchy and not shuang at all. My feet were like sweating throughout the session. Plus everyone's in the big room, not one per room that kind. So scream/laugh must control also, but I control bu dao... Hahaha the guy who served me kept laughing and I think he thinks I'm crazy. My parents were like "tiam tiam la!". After the 1 hour of torture, I backout from the full-body massage and watched everyone as they enjoy their total 2hours of massage.

Checked in this hotel which is just beside the train station. So midnight we'll keep hearing the trains' sounds. Had dinner at the hotel and while bra's busying finishing the fish, Xiao Er Zhi and family & bus driver was trapped in the lift. Eh I was telling bra and auntie I also wanna get trapped, then bra said "see, lucky I still eating fish, if not we also will get trapped". So we waited at the lobby cause our rooms were at super high level and the staircase was nearly in complete darkness. Bra, auntie and I went to takeaway "Yong He Da Wang" and the journey from hotel to "Yong He" was quite scary cause there's super alot of people outside the train station and you see children just peeing in the middle of the pathway. Went to my parents' room to have supper and had a good nice talk. Ohya and their beancurd is salty kind, dont taste like beancurd to me, hahhahaa.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day4:

Early in the morning we headed to "San1 Guo2 Cheng2" to watch a live show. Some of the toilets in Shanghai's very special. Normally for ladies we have toilet bowl, but they only have a drain. And next time when you're going there, choose the one at the other end so you wont have to witness everyone else's discharge. But must choose the correct side! If its at the most right side and you chose the left side, then its worse! You see everything flowing towards your direction eg toilet paper. And only the person at the most end can flush the drain. Hahahah I'm only worried that I will drop into the drain, cos the gap's quite big.

Next stop, teapot factory! All the teapots are damn cute, I like the green ones!

Visited some boring :/ places and a temple! The third picture is my freaking funny tour guide Xiao Mao!!! Omgomg the way he talks is ultra funny. But somehow only auntie and I will laugh with him. Hahahah other people in the bus like damn calm. Did some quick shopping and back to hotel. Their traffic is quite scary. In Singapore its 'cars see people' but in Shanghai its 'people see cars'. They got those zebra crossing prints on the road but even when it shows 'green man walking', the vehicles still continue to chiong. So we must also run to siam them, hahahaha. Bought supper back and zzz.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day5:

Went to a place where they manufacture silk pillow; silk bed cover; silk blanket; silk items. We each bought a silk pillow and only daddy mummy bought the silk bed cover. The silk pillow is good!! I hated the herb smell initially, but now I like the smell! Now its like a 'must' to smell it before I go to sleep everynight. The first pic is a mini fashion show which they had for us. Auntie actually wanted to take pictures but she said when the first model came out, she sian diao. Hahahaha. After that is the boat ride which lasted for almost 1 hour. OhYES!!! Shanghai's pokey are damn cheap, the ones with almond nuts are freaking nice. After boat ride, lunch time at "Hong Zhi Chi" and they had this performance by their staffs. Yongsters around my age doing stunts with their skates, ultra entertaining. And because their restaurant's quite big, they have some staffs with their skates to deliver the food to our table, extra impressed.

Visited Pearl Tower, enjoyed the luxury of peeing at such high level. Bought a saxophone musical box back! Then to another place which is very Chinatown-style, then shopping time again!!! After travelling here and there for 5days, we're back at Shanghai, fixed hotel, Kaibo Express.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day6:

I rate Day6 as the highlight of the highlight of my Shanghai trip! I had ultra ultimate fun that day! I took photo with ShiFu & I(we) met many famous people that day......... Let the photos do the talking :))

Woooo I smile until freaking happy can! :D Afterwhich, we went to Shanghai's durian shell and watched the ultimate ultimate cool show! Cool ass shit, bra bought the DVD back, yay. It has people balancing a pot on their head, a number of motorcyclists in the big container and they just have to keep moving and 1 sec lag may cause all of them to collide and get hurt. Its very exciting la omg I wanna watch it again manz.

Popped by to experience the night life of Shanghai, ehhh I forgot the name of the place. Explored the place, was kinda lost =/ Had supper and went back hotel not long after.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Day7:

FREE & EASY!!!

We went to places like Outlet for branded items such as Nike, Adidas, Burberry, Polo, Esprit. Then Xu Jia Hui (if I'm not wrong) & a shopping mall which I forgot the name & lastly a night market (I dont remember the name also) hahaha. Ohya, I lovelovelove Shanghai honeydew milk tea! Its ultimate! Ultra nice. Their fingerfoods & tidbits are all damn cheap..... I wish Singapore could be like them, sell cheap tidbits and milk tea everywhr! Ohmannnnnz. The mango desserts is ultra nice tooooooooo! The purple colour toppings are chewy chewy like pearl. Dinner we had it at this restaurant which is famous for 'tang bao' (soup bun)..... Okay the BEST food throughout the whole Shanghai trip. We each had a bowl of noodle, tang bao, xiao long bao and another bao to finish, damn full damn full.

The last pic is this cartoon character called 'San Mao' (three hair) hahahaha damn funny name. Yeaaaaaaaa its the last day so I'm pretty sad. Packed our luggages until quite late.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last day:

Woke up damn early, like 5 plus in the morning to prepare for departure. Reached the airport, checked in our luggages and they said "Flight delayed". Eh and its not those delay for 30mins, it delayed for almost 7 hours. So poor mum celebrated her birthday like so anyhow. We managed to get free hotel rooms for a few hours and a free buffet. No shopping malls, only one provision shop. I went down, grabbed many food stuffs and 5 different kind of milk teas! I am so freaking stupid cos I forgot we cannot check in liquid items in our bags. And our luggages were already checked in. So bo bian, I had to finish all of them. I cant bear to throw them away. And while I was napping, cb I dreamt of MILK TEA! Something like milk tea chasing me, freaking scary... And I remember bra was outside pressing the doorbell for damn long and we were not bothered to open the door for him. We were napping you see..... Had a mini celebration for mum at the airport cafe! Took the 7pm flight back and reached Sing around 12mn. Home sweet home but I got into a little bit of ---- state. I dont know how to phrase it but it feels empty.

OHMANZ I'M A LOSER. I MISS SHANGHAI HAHAHAHA. Ok take a look at the pretty jerky bus which followed us all the way since day1, got feeling one. And the food stuffs we saw in Shanghai, dog la, rabbit la. The pink packaging is this very nice muffin. The signboard which looks wrong :/ & lastly the stuffs which my parents bought.

Finally! :D I spent 5 hours blogging + resizing the pictures. I am pro!
